By accessing and using MyCityMapped ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
MyCityMapped provides a digital platform for creating custom city map posters. We generate artistic map visualizations based on your selected location, style, and customization preferences. The final product is a high-resolution digital file designed for personal use and home decor.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
4.1 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Payment: Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
4.3 Order Confirmation: Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the provided email address.
4.4 Processing: Digital products are typically generated within 1-5 minutes and available for immediate download.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Your License: Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your purchased poster for personal and commercial purposes.
5.2 Permitted Uses: You may use your poster for personal display, gifts, office decor, social media, marketing materials, and other commercial applications.
5.3 Restrictions: You may not resell the digital file itself, claim ownership of the underlying map data, or redistribute the file for others to use.
5.3 Our Rights: All designs, styles, and the MyCityMapped platform remain our intellectual property.
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to love your poster. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer free revisions within 30 days of purchase. If we can't make it right, contact us and we'll work with you on a solution.
6.2 Digital Products: Due to the custom nature of digital products, refunds are typically not available once the file has been delivered. However, we're committed to your satisfaction—contact us if you're unhappy and we'll do our best to help.
6.3 Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order before the poster is generated, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MyCityMapped is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
8. PRIVACY
Your use of MyCityMapped is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
